The proposal was amazing and one of the best days of my life! It all began with all of our family and friends joining together at the Greensboro Coliseum to watch Justen graduate from NC A&T University with a degree in Applied Engineering. After graduation, we all went to go eat at one of our favorite restaurants, Tides Inn and thats where he proposed. It all began with Justen opening all of his graduation gifts, when he decided to tell me that he needed help. He handed me a box and asked me to open it. Of course, I'm like its your present, you open it! He's like no, help me, so finally I open the box. In the box is a cake with a ring box and my engagement ring. It was so unexpected, so unexpected that I smaked my teeth at him lol! Next thing you know he is standing there struggling trying to get the plastic off of the ring. My best friend wrapped the ring in plastic that way the cake and icing wouldnt get all over it. Finally, he got the plastic off and got down on one knee! He told me that he loved me and that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes! After I said yes he does the worm in the middle of the restaurant. Only my fiance! Everyone was so excited and happy! We celebrated the rest of the day!
